Wow. I forgot my password, so Isaac just gave me a new one, so that I can blog you.
The wedding was fantastic. Afterwards, mom got strep throat and she is taking amoxicillin. She does seem to be better as she went today to Pilates.
We met Kara's boyfriend, and he seems like a really nice guy (not as nice as you).
Kara just took a Spanish test and got 16 hours of "A" in Spanish. Way to go Kara.
We have many of Anne's sisters here. Lorane and Lannie are a lot of fun. They have some really godd missionary stories from Singapore. They were really good missionaries.
Keep on working away and we are sure that you will be blessed. We are praying that it won't be too hot there, so it will be easier on you. Let us know how our weather prayers are doing. Love and Kisses, DAD
Oh, Aly was just radiant at her wedding and John was most handsome. Pictures to follow, if I can figure out how to download. Somebody lost the cord.

old man hair

It's the latest fad, as in style. I'm the coolest person on the block now. I have women's fingers going through my hair all day long.

we are all going crazy over the wedding. I have my tuxedo, but it takes forever to get into it, the buttoning is so hard. Everyone is over tonight to eat lasagne and talk. We met Michael McLeskey. He did help us move some chairs and tables. Keep one ear to the ground and one ear to the mission and I'll keep you updated. Love and Kisses, DAD

we also had a great time at lake mead wakeboarding, but i still cannot get over the wake, and i hurt my back making a cut, so now i cannot bend over. in the triathlon transistions i could not bend over, so i had to sit down to put on my shoes and socks.

Kirks Blogging

My wife claims her head is feeling better, but we still have no got the tests back from the doctor.
This morning I remembered to take out the trash. Every night I help ethan with his letters using the reading program mom gave me. It is going slow, but it appears to be working.

Big weekend---bridal shower for Aly. Two weeks to the wedding. Mom and Kara got cell phones. They are on Marek's T-Mobile plan. We are going through the cell phone learning curve.
Everytime that I mow the lawn, I think of you. You must have really done a lot of yard work around here because it is exhausting without you.
We have good missionaries getting ready to go out--some as far away as Fiji.
Shayna has been sick with some kind of brain problem. They have done an MRI, but still not diagnosis yet. We make her the center of a family fast today. We are all concerned. We have no idea whether it is a major or a minor problem. We are hoping and praying for the best.
Kara is here this weekend: she got her old job back at Utah State in landscaping. Good news---she took the Spanish test and now has 16 hours of A on her college transcript. At least she will have it once we pay the $400 dollars for the credits. She said that the test took her 16 minutes to take, that's one credit hour of A for every minute of taking the test.
We are so glad that you have a good companion. Learn as much as you can. Your Spanish must be getting awesome. Send us some good missionary stories. I will tell them to the missionaries.
We are all into heavy triathlon training. This weekend coming up is the St. george triathlon. Of course, we will be enjoying two days at Lake Mead just before the race. I will be working on getting over the wake this year, just like every year. I do want to be able to impress you when you get back. (Jump the wake or die.)
Love and Kisses, DAD
